What this site is

Settlement Zero is a project in formation. This website explains the proposed model and invites people to express interest. It does not offer or sell housing, land, memberships, shares, securities, investments or employment.

Information on the site

Figures, plans and images on this site are planning assumptions, illustrative examples or conceptual designs. They may change or be abandoned without notice and should not be relied on for any financial, legal or personal decision.

Your submissions

When you submit a form, you confirm that the information is yours to share and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting a form does not create any agreement, membership or obligation on either side.

Donations

• Donations are gifts. They are spent on project costs such as research, legal advice and this website.
• They are not refundable, and they do not buy membership, work credit, voting rights, a place in any queue or a return of any kind.
• Settlement Zero is not yet a registered charity or nonprofit, so donations are not tax-deductible.
• If the project stops, any unspent donations go to a nonprofit with similar aims.

Text, graphics and the Settlement Zero name and mark belong to the Settlement Zero project. You may share links to the site and quote short passages with attribution. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
